At MOVEHOOD we turn every workout into a party. Our Dance Workout blends the best of dance with dynamic, fun, and high-energy fitness routines. No experience needed, just the desire to move, release stress, and enjoy. Each class is designed to work your whole body while connecting with the music, improving coordination, and toning your muscles without even realizing it. The perfect mix of cardio, strength, and rhythm will make you sweat, burn calories, and most importantly, feel amazing. Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance. 2. Cancellations must occur no later than 2 hours prior to class. 3. Classes cannot be booked more than 7 days in advance. 4. Participants must respect the instructor at all times. 5. Participants must follow the instructor’s directions to ensure their own safety. 6. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions before class. 7. Respect for fellow participants is required. 8. Everyone is responsible for keeping the space clean and tidy.
